Your orders
All orders are fulfilled within the same day that the order is placed. Once your order is processed you will receive it within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times can vary based on your shipping destination. We offer delivery via our shipping service UPS.
Depending on the status of your order, we can help make changes to your shipping address, size, color or garment type. However, we cannot cancel an order if it has been already fulfilled from our warehouse. If you would like to add an another garment to your order, you can simply make a separate purchase.

We accept Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal and all major credit cards.
Prices displayed on the website include all taxes & custom duties.
We do not offer exchanges of items already purchased.

We currently collect 100% of payment upon checkout on all pre-orders made.
We carry a limited stock and each design requires hundreds of hours of work. Due to the complexity and exclusivity of each garment produced, we cannot offer any additional price discounts.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. If you have a customer account with us, you can track the status of all of your orders in your account. When your order if fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number. You can also reach out to us through the Live Chat or Email at contact@florii.shop
We accept orders as a guest or as a logged in customer. If you have an account you can check your order status by visiting your order history under My Account.
Depending on your where you live, orders may take up to one week to arrive to your shipping address. If you experience delays please reach out to us through the Live Chat or Email at contact@florii.shop
We will file a UPS claim on your behalf. Please note these claims can take up to 20 days to process.
FLORII is not responsible for any lost / stolen packages or shipped to an incorrect address.
Some garments are launched on pre-order, which is usually 30 days prior to a product expected ship date. We collect 100% of funds upon checkout for all pre-orders. If you have questions or need assistance with pre-order please contact us at contact@florii.shop.
We currently do not offer the ability to purchase Gift Cards.
We strive for the highest quality in all our clothing lines, therefore all items are quality controlled and checked extensively for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please visit our returns center: https://www.florii.shop/a/returns. Enter your order number, email address and follow the instructions to make a return.

Stock Inquiries
Our garments are made using a range of complex embroidery techniques and require numerous hours of painstaking attention to detail. As a result, it might take up to 30 days in order to restock certain merchandise.
